Users, invitations, and groups
Invite people, organize them into groups, and keep your team list up to date.
Invite people
- Open Admin → Users and choose Invite.
- Enter their name and email, choose a role, set which tickets they can see, and pick their groups.
- Send the invitation. They receive an email, and you also get a link you can share yourself.
Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend an invitation to refresh it, or revoke it.
Manage members
- Edit a person's details, role, ticket visibility, and groups.
- Set an email signature that is added to the replies they send.
- Mark someone Inactive so they can no longer sign in.
- Remove someone. If they have assigned tickets, you choose whether to unassign them, reassign them, or delete them.
The account owner and your own account are protected, so they cannot be removed here.
Seats
Every active agent uses one seat, and pending invitations hold a seat too. Each plan has a maximum number of agents. See Plans, seats, and billing.
Groups
A group is a team queue. Create one under Admin → Groups, describe what it handles, and choose its agents.
- Groups can own tickets.
- A support address can send its tickets to a group.
- A group can follow its own business hours.
- Groups appear as channels in team chat.
- A person's ticket visibility can follow their groups.
