Dashboard, reports, and the activity log
See how your desk is doing, and who changed what.
Dashboard
The dashboard is the home page for your desk. Tiles show live counts by status, and each tile opens the inbox filtered to those tickets. It has three views:
- Overview shows team-wide numbers: average first response and close time, how often SLA targets are met, the ticket pipeline by status, and tickets per hour over the last 24 hours compared with yesterday.
- My queue lists the tickets assigned to you.
- Recent activities is a live feed of what changed across tickets.
The plus button creates a new ticket, contact, or organization without leaving the page.
Reports
Reports go deeper. Choose one from the list: an overview, team activity, agent scorecard, inbound volume, ticket journey, reopened tickets, time in each stage, response speed, resolution speed, and SLA compliance. The report builder lets you create your own.
Pick a time frame, narrow by agent, group, channel, priority, status, or type, and every chart and table updates together. Export any table as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
Activity log
The activity log shows who changed what and when, alongside email deliveries and automation runs. Search for a person, a ticket number, or words in the details. Filter by period, kind of record, activity, or person, and open a row to see exactly what changed.
The log keeps the last 30 days and is available to Supervisors and above.
