Set up your workspace
A short guided setup takes you from a new workspace to your first ticket.
When you sign up, nabudesk starts a 14-day free trial of the plan you chose. No credit card is needed. A setup guide appears the first time you sign in. You can skip it and return later, and your progress is saved.
The six setup steps
- Brand your workspace. Add your company name, logo, support email address, and time zone. They appear in your team's view and in the emails nabudesk sends.
- Connect your support inbox. Add the address your customers write to, then forward it to the nabudesk address you are given. See Connect your support email.
- Invite your team and groups. Invite agents by email and organize them into groups such as Billing or Technical Support. See Users, invitations, and groups.
- Configure alerts and templates. Choose which emails nabudesk sends and tailor their wording. See Email notifications and templates.
- Define how you run the queue. Set your business hours, service level targets, and the ticket types your team uses. See Business hours and holidays and Service level agreements.
- Create your first ticket. Log a test conversation to see how a ticket looks and behaves.
Settings you can change later
Under Admin → Company setup you can change your company name, logo, contact details, address, and time zone at any time.
Under Admin → Workspace experience, an administrator chooses which items appear in the sidebar for everyone (for example Calendar and Reports) and which counts appear across the top of the ticket inbox.
Each person can also personalize how nabudesk looks for them. See Your account and sign-in security.
