Your account and sign-in security

Personalize nabudesk and protect your sign-in.

Profile and appearance

Open your profile from the account menu to change your name and avatar. Appearance options apply only to you: light, dark, or follow your device, an accent color, the font and its size, and the color of cards.

Sign-in security

Open Security from your account menu. It has five areas:

  • Password. Change it, and sign out your other devices at the same time.
  • Two-factor authentication. Add a second step at sign-in with a code from email or from an authenticator app, and generate backup codes in case you lose access.
  • Passkeys. Sign in with your device's fingerprint, face, or a security key instead of a password.
  • Sessions. See every browser or device you are signed in on, end any you do not recognize, or sign out of all the others.
  • Personal API keys. For scripts and integrations (Pro and Enterprise).

Forgot your password?

Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page. nabudesk emails you a link that stays valid for one hour.

Turn on two-factor authentication or add a passkey for every administrator. It is the most effective protection for your workspace.
